They do need to be an instantiated object on the lot, so if the option doesn’t appear see if you can teleport them onto the lot or something. So I’ve made a mod that just adds a modified version of that interaction to all apartment doors so you can forcibly evict the NPCs without making them selectable and then zap them off the lot. Pescado’s apthack has an option to move out NPC neighbors but this requires making the NPC temporarily selectable which I wouldn’t advise for neutral witches.
I’ve now fixed it so you should redownload the mod. Generally the neutral witches shouldn’t even exist in clean templates so it hadn’t been an issue before. I’m not sure how these sims got created in the first place, but as far as how they were allowed to move in: I’d apparently gone off of the simswiki in getting the codes for all the NPC types and thus entered the wrong ones for witches. I recall you saying you had a clean template so it’s weird you’d have neutral witch NPCs to begin with…
I didn’t save the game with them as the residents I don’t know if this counts as default replacements but the only ones I have are the llama baby outfits but apart from that I have none.
I knew they were glitchy neutral witches however because their headshots were similar to the neutral witches that are on the sims wiki (see example: Lakshmi Bruty).
(2/2) it only showed me their headshot saying they weren’t home.
